At Pachamama Coffee, we carefully select our suppliers and growers, sourcing the finest Peruvian coffee beans. These beans are cultivated using sustainable and fair-trade practices, ensuring you get an exquisite coffee experience while supporting the ecosystem and the farmers.
Our coffee is smooth and balanced with sweet notes that come from the complexity of specialty coffee and expert roasting. This makes a very enjoyable cup of coffee. We carefully source our coffee beans from a single farm called “El Pacae” in the region of Cusco. Virgilio Carpio, the farmer, takes great pride in his hard work and passion for producing some of the best Peruvian Specialty Coffee beans.
If you are someone that enjoys slight acidity, fruity notes, and a gentle and clean coffee flavour, our light roast is perfect for you. This is great for French press and filter methods.
